Sun, rain, tornadoes and everything else came through Troy, Alabama, this week. That’s OK, I still ate good! This week I made a Zucchini Shrimp Pasta. Aaron was out of town filing a wedding (ALWAYS), so one of my sorority sisters took his place on eating.
This recipe requires a vegtable spiralizer. Best $3 I have spent at GoodWill. You can find them at Walmart, Target or on Amazon.
Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 15 Min | Total Time: 25-30 Min
- 2 Medium Zucchini
- $1.48 @ Publix
- 2 Cups of Medium Shrimp
- $4.42 @ Walmart
- 1 TBS Minced Garlic
- 2 TBS Dairy Free Butter
Side Note: You can add lemon for extra flavor… I just forgot to buy some at the store.
- Simmer Garlic and Butter in large Sauce Pan
- Take two medium zuccini and noodle them
- Add Shrimp to Pan and cook for 7 min
- Add Zucchini to pan for only 5 min
- Stir and Mix
I probably could have done a little better on this, but I havent made it in a while. Still tasted just as good! It is a healthy option and yummy everytime. Thankful for good friends that let them feed you all the time. This is a fun date night meal that you can make together too. So go out; noodle your zoodles and have a good Sunday!
